Delivery policy

All our T-shirts are handmade to order so please allow 5-7 days for us to complete your order. We deliver by Royal Mail 1st class.

Return and exchange policy

 

Unwanted items

If you have changed your mind regarding the purchase you may return your items, with a completed returns form, within 30 days from the date you received your order. The goods must be complete and undamaged and with the original packaging and labels (if supplied). The cost of the return postage shall be paid by you, unless otherwise agreed by us or under the circumstances below. You should specify whether you require an alternative size or a refund.

We are unable to accept returns of unwanted personalised items.

Defective items

If your item is defective/broken/faulty and is returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund as required and specified on a returns form. If an item has been incorrectly personalised, contrary to the instructions provided by you when ordering, we will provide you with a replacement item. We will reimburse you the cost of returning damaged or incorrect items

If you cancel your order we will reimburse you within 14 days from when we receive the goods back or when we receive proof you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier).

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery if appropriate (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any ‘diminished value’ of goods e.g. worn clothing.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Our relationship with our customers is very important to us. We strive to work with our customers to give them the best possible experience. We welcome any feedback or comments you may have and are happy to work with you to resolve any problems. 

Privacy and safety

 

The privacy of you, our customer, is of the highest importance to us. We will not use or store your personal information for any purpose other than the fulfilment of your order, and will not distribute your information to any third party.

Credit or Debit card information is processed by PayPal and is not held or accessible by New Generation. We will never ask you for your payment information in any correspondence.
